The assets for a weekly newsletter are stored in a nested file system with folders for the year, month, and week, and documents for each newsletter. Before I built this automation, someone had to spend a few hours once a month manually duplicating and renaming all of these items and ensuring they were in the appropriate locations.
Queries find and format critical dates, including the beginning and end of the month and trigger dates at least 2 months prior. 
This finds the Tuesdays within a month in order to create weekly folders and documents 
The automation iteratively creates folders for the month and week as well as subfolders for things like data and design assets 
The flow sends either a success confirmation or failure notification each month.
