People & Impact Dynamic Campaigns

Booz Allen regularly features “People & Impact” profiles on their public-facing site. These profiles highlight different employees and their work. They are written for an external audience, but often feature resources, projects, and benefits that current employees may not be fully utilizing.

I built templates for repackaging this content for an internal audience. Instead of a longform article with a single photo, I truncated the text and interspersed links, images, and interactive survey questions to encourage employees to learn about and use relevant resources.

I built the campaigns in FirstUp, an employee news platform that allows users to access content on the web, on mobile, in embedded microapps in the company intranet, and via email. Content is filtered and sometimes combined into digests or newsletters, so it has to be structured in a way that is responsive to many different screen sizes and formats. It also has to be 508 compliant.
