Amid layoffs across the industry, company leadership wanted to announce a strategic plan to not conduct layoffs. I designed a custom banner for the message featuring the leaders and a variety of company-branded colors and design components.

Beyond the basic text of the message, I included relevant links about hiring and employee referrals. Adding visual interest and connecting the message to company resources makes the content more engaging and impactful.
